The Cottage

The cottage "The Little Pigeonnier" can welcome as many as 6 people, is independant from the owners's house, and was recently restored in the authentic style of its time (stone wall, original wood beams, ancient tiles from Gironde) in a modern way.

Encompassed in 55m square of space are two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equiped kitchen, (washing machine, diswasher, electrical oven, cooker and microwave).

The living room which opens to the kitchen, has a very comtemporain touch, contains a sofa bed, and a dinning area. The bathroom has a spacious italian style shower. 

Fares

Fares year round include:

 Bicycles, private swimming pool in the summer, wireless connection to Internet, petanques balls, badminton equipement, barbecue, bed and high chair for babies (if required).

The week 

 From the 4th of july until the 29th august saturday 5pm to saturday 12pm, for 4 people with the possibility to have 2 extra: 600 euros. 

In june and september saturday 5pm to saturday 12pm: 500€ Optional: central heating and air conditioning 20€.

From 1st october until 31st may saturday 5pm to saturday 12pm: 360€ Optional: rent of house linen and bed sheets 14€ per pers,  extras:75 euros for central heating and electricity for more than 8kw/h per day included in the far.

The weekend

3 nights (excluding summer) for 4 people, friday from 12pm to sunday 7pm: 130 euros. Optional:  Rent of house linen and bed sheets 14€ per pers, breakfast 5 euros per person (honey from the owner's beehives, fresh bread, homemade jam), cleaning at the end of the stay: 15 euros.

2 nights (excluding summer) for 4 people, friday from 12pm to sunday 7pm: 95€. Optional:  Rent of house linen and bed sheets 14€ per pers, breakfast 5 euros per person (honey from the owner's beehives, fresh bread, homemade jam), cleaning at the end of the stay: 10 euros.

Romantic weekend for 2: friday from 12pm to sunday 7pm:109 euros, rent of house linen and bed sheets included. Optional breakfast 5 euros per person, cleaning at the end of the stay: 10 euros.

Weeknights (excluding summer) 55 euros per night for each bedroom rented for a maximum of 4 people, 35 euros for 2 extra people. Arrival in afternoon from 6pm and departure before 12pm. Breakfast included.

Deposit 25% at the time of booking, settlement of the account at checkout.

Security deposit 200 euros is refunded eight days after the departure.
